What is your policy on conflict or blood diamonds?
All our diamonds are traded under auspices of the
Kimberley Process. We would never buy from any source which cannot
verify the rough diamond has been cut by a participant of the Kimberley
Process.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%. If you are purchasing
from a VAT exempt region, please call us on 0800 612 1017 for details on how
you can reclaim your VAT.
I'm planning a surprise for someone and I'm not sure what size finger he/she
is, can you help?
Of course. If you have done your best to find out their ring size but have
not been able to, then choose "Not Known" when choosing the size. We will then
send you the ring in a standard size. Once you have given the ring and found
the correct size (you can usually do this at your local jeweller), you can
return it to us to be resized once, free of charge.
Why should I buy a Certified diamond?
A Certified diamond has been independently verified by an internationally
recognised Gemmology Laboratory, who are experts in identifying whether a
stone is genuine, natural, man-made, heat-treated or enhanced. When buying
a diamond, we know we can trust the experts at the Gemmology Lab to
grade each diamond very accurately, ensuring we buy and therefore you receive a
totally genuine diamond.
How long does it take to custom build my order?
Your order will take approximately 7-10 days to build and will be delivered FREE
of charge, next working day. We will always keep you fully informed of the
progress of your order and if you have a specific deadline you need to meet,
please let us know so we can fulfil you order in good time.
Do you have any other ring styles available?
Yes. We can make ANY style of ring for your chosen diamond(s). If you don't see
your ideal setting on the website, simply email us a picture, send or fax
a drawing, or give us a call on 0800 612 1017 to discuss your specific
requirements.
Can you make other jewellery not shown on your website?
Yes. We can make ANY style of jewellery for your chosen diamond(s). Simply
email us a picture, send or fax a drawing, or give us a call on 0800 612
1017 to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I view the diamond before purchasing?
Yes. Viewings are available 9-7pm Monday to Friday and 10.30-3.30pm on Saturday
in Milton Keynes and 10-5pm Monday to Friday in Hatton Garden, London. Viewings
are by prior appointment only, please call us on 0800 612 1017 to arrange.
Do you sell heated treated or clarity enhanced diamonds?
No. We do not sell any heated treated or clarity enhanced diamonds.
Are all your diamonds located in the UK?
No. In order for us to offer the widest possible selection, many of our diamonds
are located in offices in America, Belgium and Israel and are shipped to the UK
once sold. If you would like to view one of these diamonds before purchasing,
we are happy to ship it to the UK after receiving a 20% deposit. If you like
the diamond, we can have it set in your choice of jewellery and if you don't we
will refund your deposit in full.
Can I have a piece of jewellery shipped for next day delivery?
We do have some items ready to ship, but most are in components and take 7-10
days to build. Please call on 0800 612 1017 for details of ready to ship
jewellery.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address to my billing address?
Yes. In order to do this, you will need to provide us with a scan or
digital image of your Passport or Drivers Licence and a utility bill from
within the last 3 months.
Why is the diamond I received not the exact one I ordered?
On the very rare occasion that the original diamond you ordered is not
available, we will replace the diamond with a free upgrade to a better stone.
If you do not wish to have a free upgrade, then please call us on 0800 612 1017
prior to placing your order, so we can verify it is physically in stock. Of
course, if you receive the diamond and are unhappy in anyway with the
replacement, a full refund will be given.
Why did I find an item that appears to have an incorrect price?
We strive to make sure the prices and information listed on our site are
accurate, but occasionally there are data errors displayed. We reserve the
right to fix the error and we do not honour incorrect prices. Diamond and
jewellery prices are subject to change without notice.
