Just to say thank you for the gorgeous diamond you sourced, it's exactly what we wanted. Obviously I was very worried buying something like this on the internet without seeing it first but it was very easy to return the original ring we weren't happy with, and there was no pressure put on us... I can't wait until we get engaged and I can show my ring off!

Buying an engagement ring is a big thoughtful propose but luckily for me I came across your website right at the beginning of my search, this drastically reduced the time of my search due to the excellence on offer on the gems4less website. Buying a ring on line can be unpredictable as you expect to purchase the ring without seeing it, but Paul arranged a viewing for us to travel the 92 miles. The ring arrived safely this morning, exactly as you said it would. I just
wanted to let you know that we are both delighted with the ring, and that the
service we have received from you has been fantastic. I was extremely wary of
buying something as important as this ring without being able to see it first,
however your description and photos were in fact exactly as you stated, in fact
if anything understated. The fact that we changed both the size and the gold
without any problems at all was very impressive. We did a lot of shopping
around before giving you a try, and we saved in the region of £250 against the
ring we saw in the high street jewellers. Even the quality of the ring box was
a nice surprise. I always view testimonials with great cynicism, but all I can
say is we had good old fashioned customer service, and a high quality product.
We will certainly be recommending you to our friends and will definately use
you again without hesitation.

All our friends are also reinforcing the fact that the diamond does truly look outstanding. I took the ring to the independent valuer in Hatton Gdns this afternoon. It was
quite interesting chatting to her... She validated that the, colour, clarity,
dimensions etc. were all as written. She questioned the size, as far as she
could measure (with the ring being in the mount), she calculated that it was
about 0.93, but then looking at the girdle of the stone, she thought it was a
thick rather than a medium and as such that is probably where the weight came
from. She also showed me the feathering in the stone... Really interesting, she
said it was very much a VS2 rather than being on the borders of SI1... ... I
actively encouraged her to under value it so it would cost me less (I had to
pay 1% of the stones value), but she was having none of it. £50 for 30 mins
work.... I ask you?... She should wear a mask.. ;0) Many thanks anyway for all
your help/advice etc.. Im very pleased with the ring and cannot stop taking it
out and looking at it... Thanks again
