To give you the best price you can find
We strive to bring you the best prices humanly possible and we truly believe you won’t find better value in the UK on 100% natural, certified, untreated diamonds. But if you do find a cheaper diamond of the same quality, from a reputable high street or on-line retailer that we can verify is in stock, available to purchase and not at a one-off sale price, then we will happily match the price.

To deliver the diamond you've chosen
We encourage you to spend time choosing the perfect diamond and we believe you should get exactly what you ordered. Sadly, some retailers think nothing of selling you one diamond and delivering another, sometimes substituting a diamond of lesser quality than the one you bought. If we’re not able to provide you with the diamond you chose for any reason, we promise to inform you and help you select another diamond of equivalent or higher quality for the same price.
A perfect fit
When you’re ordering a diamond ring, getting the right size can be a worry - especially if you’re buying it as a surprise for someone else. If it doesn't fit perfectly when it arrives, you can return it to us within 30 days to be resized once free of charge. (Please note, however, that this doesn't apply to wedding rings which have to be ordered in the correct size.)
To give your money back if you’re not happy
We want the first time you lay eyes on your diamond jewellery to be love at first sight. If you’re not 100% head over heels, for any reason, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund. This excludes any items ordered as a Bespoke piece.
