We want you to be thrilled with your new diamond jewellery, so please contact us first if you're not so we can work with you to fix whatever has gone wrong.
If, however, you don't want to keep your jewellery for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund.
Please note that we can only accept an item for return within 30 days of shipment and in its original condition (it hasn't been worn, altered by a jeweller other than us, or damaged).
To return your item, just follow these four simple steps:
1. Call us
Please call us on 0203 7733 511 quoting the order reference number on your invoice to let us know you’re returning your item.
2. Pack your return
Please carefully and securely pack the jewellery, jewellery box and all documentation including diamond certificates and appraisal forms. (The replacement charge for a lost diamond certificate is £150.) Use the original delivery box if you still have it.
Please include the following information in your parcel to help us process your refund quickly:
- your name
- your return address
- your daytime phone number
- the order reference number
3. Label and ship your return
For security reasons, DO NOT write ‘Quality Diamonds’ on the outside of the box. Our address for returns is:

Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your item (or equivalent tracked, insured service if you’re returning an item from overseas) and please check the item is fully insured up to the value shown on your invoice. Quality Diamonds cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during shipment and non-insured or improperly packed items will be returned to sender.
4. Check your email
We aim to process your refund as soon as possible after we've received the item and we’ll email you to let you know when we've done it. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 14 days for the credit to appear in your account.
Please note, insurance, shipping and handling charges will be excluded from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For an exchange, we’ll issue you with a credit which you can then apply to the purchase of an alternative item from our range.
